Ovienmhada is an Esan surname. It means:
The scepter of a king.
I love to think. I love to to learn. I love to strategize.
I really enjoy having intellectually stimulating conversations with free thinkers who want to make the world a better place. Too many of us accept what we are told without questioning it, and take much of our world and traditions for granted. Our societies are built on many ideas that we take as gospel because men with guns said it was so.
“There are three classes of people: those who see, those who see when they are shown, those who do not see.” Leonardo da Vinci
I try to be observant of the world around me and understand my place in it. I’ve always hated both school and homework, but have always had a passion for learning. Funny how that works!
Ironically, you’ll often find me doing things that would normally be assigned as homework in an academic setting. The difference is that it whatever it is I’m doing is a project of my choice, it brings me joy, and I understand clearly the benefits and rewards of doing it.
My hope for this website is to connect and build relationships with people who are curious about the world around them, who enjoy reading, and who have a passion for learning as I do.
Welcome to Ovienmhada.
